Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Administration
SC certification in Elementary Administration or ability to obtain SC certification
Skill in interpersonal relations with pupils, parents, teacher, staff and the general public
Skill in applying accepted administrative methods/techniques
Skill in oral and written communication
Teaching experience at the elementary school level preferred
Strong interest in elementary school students and programs
Successful experience with increasing student achievement
Successful experience in matters related to student discipline
Three years of progressively responsible experience
Outstanding references
Satisfactory SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) Report
Salary Range: Administrative 125
Length of Contract: 214 days (210 work days/4 paid holidays)
